Jozef Hendricks is de stuwende kracht achter studio HID. Jozef is HID.

HID begon in 2010 en zoekt en vindt de connectie tussen kunstenaars en designers, bedrijven en particulieren met als doel ideeën en concepten tot een tastbaar product te maken. Werkt op internationaal niveau van Nederland tot Moskou en van Dubai tot Israël.

Het beschikken over een uitgebreid netwerk van specialisten op alle terreinen waarmee HID zich bezighoudt maakt het werk  van idee tot eindproduct boeiend en uitdagend. En maakt het bovendien mogelijk dat design  technisch ontwerp, assemblage, installatie en het project management  allemaal binnen HID gerealiseerd kunnen worden. Jozef voert ideeën met uiterste precisie en aandacht uit om zo tot een perfect resultaat te komen.

Expertise in lichtinstallaties en individuele lichtontwerpen behoren tot de reeds gerenommeerde activiteiten. En daarbij licht HID u graag bij.

The Twist

The striking aesthetic of this unique lamp design was inspired by the flexibility of the natural wood veneers.

Multiple layers of fine wood veneer are pressure molded, to form the twisted cylindrical body of the lamp. Opaque strips are hand crafted and set into the channel along the thin edge, creating revolving columns of light which subtly illuminate in all directions, set on a concrete base. Different warmth’s of light can be used to enhance the atmospheric effect.

The Twist can be build from a wide selection of veneers and will be built in multiple sizes from 60cm until 150cm height. Custom heights can be provided.
